The contents of this blog are mostly criticism, quite uncommon for a Christian web site, which is supposed to deliver positive messages. However, there’re different aspects to most things. Avoiding negative points of view won’t make them disappear. Furthermore, if one cannot differentiate between right and wrong, how positive could the messages be? There’s no shortage of encouraging stories in Christian communities. Negatives views, however, are not always welcome. People who are less fortunate could face much pressure in a church. Tell a true story of unfairness can easily lead to a lecture of God’s perfect plan and timing for each person. If the unfair incidents happened in the church, one would be expected to forgive and accept the sinners. Victims should keep quiet. How could one not keep quiet when one is told that everyone is a sinner? Even Jesus forgave his oppressors. How could a mere human being not shut his mouth? Some wise persons would even quote from Apostle Paul that one should always rejoice in the Lord and that’s a command. A command for the sad person to rejoice -- Ironic! Therefore, one would be wise to refrain from expressing any negative points of view at church. Fortunately there is internet, where nobody is forced to listen to anyone. When you visit any web site, it is your choice to make. Whether you agree or disagree with a post, you’re not forced to read, listen to or view the post. Nevertheless, there’re points of view that are often missed, neglected or ignored. Certainly I am not the only person who notices them. I’d like to share them online and tell other people that they’re not alone in case they feel the same. There’re many encouraging and positive messages on Christian web sites already. I’d rather contribute in a different way. However, you could say there’s no lack of criticism on the internet, where over 90% of the messages are criticism of some sort. That’s very true. The world has turned into a battle field. The press, the media and politics all overflow with criticism. The internet is especially flooded with criticism and negative messages. That’s because there’s no accountability. Most notorious critics on the internet are anonymous. They criticize with no regard of logic or common sense. They are called trolls. I believe one should be accountable for one’s words. Therefore, I choose not to criticize anonymously. Secondly, one should have knowledge of the subject matter when making a comment. Even if you’re not an expert, the internet has made researching very easy. Do your homework. In my blogs, I usually include an audio clip, an article and a video clip with subtitle. It often takes months before they accumulate just a few dozens of clicks. Even if each visitor really listens to my clips, the total time they spend viewing is usually less than what I put in to produce the clips. I often ask myself why I continue to do that and I still don’t have an answer.

Repeat *
